Calls for Proposals


InWEnt has decided to make slide changes in the project concept of it@asia. From the regional approach we will shift to an approach which has a national orientation. Therefore InWEnt is offering the it@asia members the implementation of different national projects. InWEnt at this point of time is preparing two Calls for Proposals targeted especially at consortia of it@asia partners in Cambodia and Vietnam.

a.) Cambodia: Model Project “IT-Training for Governmental Authorities and State Institutions”

Not only privately owned companies are prospective customers for a professional IT-training - local and state authorities and institutions could be equally rewarding target groups in many countries. In Cambodia, the it@asia partners made out a substantial need for IT-training with governmental bodies, which will now be addressed by a model project that will use the Blended Learning product “IT Training & Consulting” as a component.

Carefully customized and tailored to the needs of public officials, the Blended Learning programme is planned to be integrated in a full scale IT-training initative. The consortium will be responsible for the conceptualisation and implementation of training of the target group
Cambodian it@asia partners are welcome to apply for the workshop; the building of joint project groups of the partner companies and institutions is most welcome and encouraged.
Mid of July InWEnt will release a Call for Proposal giving detailed information. The Cambodian it@asia partners should at this time be prepared to go for a joined proposal.

The grant of InWEnt will be around 50.000 €.




b.) Vietnam: Focus on Small and Medium Sized Businesses

The Vietnamese it@asia partners are called to implement a full scale IT training program concentrating on the needs of SME`s in Vietnam. The Blended Learning product “IT Training & Consulting” should be a core element of the training and therefore be customized to the needs of small and medium sized businesses (SMBs).


Mid of July InWEnt will release a Call for Proposal giving detailed information. The Vietnamese it@asia partners should at this time be prepared to go for a joined proposal.
